As a Case Manager , you will provide case management and advocacy services for runaway, homeless and at-risk youth. You will also network with community resources. This Position: We are interested in a Case Manager with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field OR commensurate experience. We're looking for someone with experience working with at-risk youth and has knowledge of appropriate psychological boundaries.
