Job description:
Sales interns form part of the sales . Sales interns conduct research, make calls and send emails, update records, attend meetings, and help maintain current clients relationships and work to add new clients to the company.
Create and manage new customers accounts.

Intern will be gaining experience in sales to new businesses that Express offer products.
Intern will use all digital marketing and sales tools to - -sell Express Products - -to local businesses ( Medical offices, Medical Spas)
Additionally intern will gain experience to sell Express products directly to consumers ( patients)

Sales Intern Responsibilities:
.reaching out to local business (medical spas, medical offices) and offer The company products and services
. Reaching out to customers to offer Express services and products.

--- Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
--- Conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
--- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
--- Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
--- Updating documents and sales records.
--- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
--- Observing and carrying out sales processes.
--- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
--- Assisting managers with negotiations.
--- Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.

Internship description:
First week of internship sales interns will receive training on Field sales by master group and each intern will be assigned a sales goal to reach during the internship.

Each intern will develop a plan to achieve the sales targets by conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.
Sales interns are going to be under the guide of Senior intern and the sales representative manager.
By end of the internship, interns are require to do presentation to present their project.
Each intern will receive an performance and project evaluation.
Intern will be issued a certificate of completion.
