Analyst supports the evaluation and optimization of marketing
performance across Cordell & Cordell, the nation's largest family
law firm. This role works closely with the marketing team, local
offices, and agency partners to track, report on, and measure
marketing initiatives, ensuring decisions are made by accurate,
timely data. The Marketing Analyst is responsible for dashboard
updates, recurring and ad hoc reporting, and trend identification
across digital, offline media, and geo-based marketing campaigns.
The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate
performance data into clear, actionable insights that help improve
engagement, lead generation, and overall performance. This position
is well suited for an analyst who can execute core reporting,
analysis, and data visualization independently, and clearly
communicate insights that support informed marketing decisions. The
Marketing Analyst is a mid-level role responsible for regular
reporting, ad hoc analysis, and proactive insights to support both
the central marketing team and local office marketing efforts. This
role works closely with the Analysis team and Digital Marketing
Manager to track, analyze, and communicate effectiveness of
marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and local office
performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is
comfortable with data visualization and reporting tools, and has an
interest in professional services marketing. This role provides
critical insights that help local offices optimize their marketing
efforts and improve engagement, lead generation, and overall
performance. Responsibilities: Reporting & Analysis Prepare and
maintain regular performance reports for national and local
marketing initiatives. Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis to
support Marketing leadership and local office decision-making.
Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in
marketing data. Track and report on local office marketing
performance across digital campaigns, events, community outreach,
and lead generation. Translate data into actionable insights that
inform strategy, optimization, and investment decisions Local
Office Marketing Support Support evaluation of local office
marketing initiatives using performance data and reporting. Provide
insights to inform local marketing planning and resource
allocation. Collaborate with local offices to support alignment
between national strategy and local execution. Tools & Data
Management Maintain dashboards, tracking systems, and data
visualizations for internal stakeholders. Ensure data integrity and
consistency across marketing reporting platforms. Support local
office teams in understanding reporting tools and core marketing
metrics. Collaboration & Communication Partner with Marketing,
Local Office, and Digital teams to communicate insights and
recommendations. Present findings in a clear, actionable format to
internal stakeholders, including local office leaders and marketing
management. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in
marketing analytics, reporting, or a related role. Strong Excel
and/or Google Sheets skills; experience with reporting and data
visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience working with GA4 required; familiarity with Adobe
Analytics preferred. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational
and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication
skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in professional
services or legal marketing. Experience supporting multi-location
or geo-based marketing programs. Knowledge of digital marketing
channels, campaign metrics, and lead tracking. Familiarity with
