Location: On-site, Saint Louis, MO
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30-$40/hour (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with a strong technical background to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you will manage project flow from start to finish, bridging communication between Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing. You'll work approximately 75% at your computer and 25% on the production floor, helping drive projects to successful completion.

What You'll Do:

Serve as a key liaison between Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing teams.


Manage project flow from order release to parts procurement and final shipment.


Track project milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.


Identify and resolve part shortages and manage long lead items.


Oversee internal project systems (EMS and new platforms currently in development).


Coordinate scheduling and logistics with clients and distributors.


Support quoting efforts by recommending alternate components to improve delivery, cost, and design.


Maintain accurate project plans, purchasing records, and documentation.


Prioritize daily activities based on production schedules and project demands.



What You'll Bring:

Associate degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred (or 3+ years of equivalent experience).


Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or control panel fabrication.


Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.


Project management experience in a manufacturing environment.


Technical delivery experience, ideally working with electrical products/control panels.


Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.


Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively with minimal supervision.


A proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven attitude.
