Job Description:

Larson Capital Management (LCM) is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Investor Relations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help strengthen relationships with our current investors, assist in raising capital for new investment opportunities, and support communication efforts that build trust, transparency, and engagement across the board. The ultimate goal of this role is to deliver uncompromising service to investors and financial advisor partners, all while modeling LCM's Core Values. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for existing and prospective investors, answering questions and providing timely updates
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of existing and prospective investor communications, including offering materials, pitch decks, quarterly reports, and operational updates
• Coordinate investor meetings and webinars to showcase new opportunities
• Track and manage investor interest and commitment pipelines in CRM (Salesforce)
• Help gather and organize data for investor reporting
• Partner with the marketing team to ensure branding and messaging are aligned across teams
• Assist in creating educational content and FAQs to make investing with LCM simple and seamless
• Stay informed on real estate market trends and investment industry news
• Help the team identify ways to add value for investors through proactive outreach and educational efforts
  
  Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, or related field)
  • Background check
  • 2+ years preferred in private placement/equity funds and/or commercial real estate Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong collaboration skills, ability to work cross-functionally
    • Proficiency Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to establish priorities
    • Experience with Salesforce a plus About the Company:
