About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and board-certified perfusionist to join our team. As a perfusionist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the heart-lung machine during cardiac surgeries.Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the heart-lung machine during cardiac surgeries
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and successful procedure
• Monitor and adjust the perfusion circuit as needed
• Participate in the development and implementation of new perfusion protocolsRequirements
  • Board certification in perfusion (ABCP) or eligibility
  • Ability to adapt to a challenging clinical environment
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to practice evidence-based medicine and participate in clinical decisions
