Seeking a skilled Chief Perfusionist to lead our cardiovascular team in Belleville, Illinois, with a focus on providing comprehensive care for complex heart conditions.

**Responsibilities**

--- Lead a two-person perfusion team with ample backup
--- Collaborate with a renowned CV surgeon to deliver exceptional patient care
--- Practice evidence-based medicine and participate in clinical decisions with a team approach
--- Adapt to a challenging clinical environment with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction
--- Develop and implement strategies to improve perfusion services and patient outcomes

**Requirements**

--- Board Certification (ABCP)
--- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
--- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
--- Willingness to relocate to Belleville, Illinois, or the surrounding area

**Estimated Compensation Range**
$160,000-$170,000+ per year based on skills, experience, and possible bonus opportunities.
