Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full-time Adult Substance
Use Clinician for their Access to Medication Assisted Recovery
grant. The position would work out of our Belleville location
primarily and serve individuals in Madison, St. Clair, Clinton,
Bond, Montgomery, and Jersey County.

Conduct diagnostic and assessment evaluations with clients and
their families; write bio-psychosocial reports to address diagnosis
and patient placement criteria with periodic guidance and oversight
Plan and implement treatment for clients with periodic guidance and
oversight as required.
Conduct admissions and discharges.
Develop Master Treatment Plans (MTP) and determine continuing care
plans with periodic guidance and oversight as required.
Provide individual, family and group counseling and rehabilitation
services to clients and their families (basic and intermediate
level). Clinical functions determined by individual training,
experience and assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Facilitate skills and educational groups as required by the

Demonstrate competency in utilizing evidence based approaches
