firm, working with organizations across the country to place
exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Foreclosure Specialist
for a National Servicing Company. The Foreclosure Specialist
responsible for below specific duties. Your specific duties will
include: - Perform quality assurance reviews of data against source
documents to ensure accuracy in foreclosure proceedings. - Enter
and maintain data and documents in the internal case management
system. - Review foreclosure files, verify information against
source documents, and correct discrepancies. - Communicate with
internal and external contacts to resolve missing or inconsistent
information. - Follow up on outstanding items to meet client
foreclosure timelines and internal schedules. - Prepare and send
required foreclosure notices and file documents with the
appropriate court or county. - Escalate legal or process issues
when necessary and respond to client or stakeholder inquiries. -
Update client systems and determine when attorney or management
action is required. Required qualifications for the position -
Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent
organization and time management in a high-volume environment. -
Proficiency with MS Office. - Experience with CaseAware, BKFS
LoanSphere (MSP/Default), or Sagent Tempo preferred. - Associate’s
or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience. - Minimum 3 years
of related experience with a bank, mortgage servicer, or law firm.
Pay Rate Range: $20.00 -$25.00 per hour Compensation may vary
outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a
candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience,
