The firm serves individuals, families, and business owners with tailored estate planning and tax strategies, and the ideal candidate will have experience in both planning and administration. Salary & Benefits - Competitive base salary range of $115,000 - $140,000, based on experience - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage - 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions - Paid vacation, sick leave, and firm-recognized holidays - CLE and professional development support - Opportunity for partnership track consideration Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar (Illinois Bar admission a plus) - 3 years of experience in estate planning and trust/estate administration - Strong knowledge of federal and state estate, gift, and income tax laws - Excellent drafting skills for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning documents - Ability to manage complex client matters with attention to detail and accuracy - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client service focus Responsibilities - Counsel clients on estate and wealth transfer planning, charitable giving, and business succession strategies - Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney - Represent clients in trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings - Provide tax planning advice related to estate and gift strategies - Work collaboratively with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals to deliver holistic planning solutions - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax and estate law developments to provide proactive guidance - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
