skilled and motivated Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join
our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in
estate planning, gift and estate tax return preparation, probate
matters, and trust administration. As a key member of our legal
team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal
counsel to clients on matters related to estate planning, trust
administration, probate proceedings, and tax implications. Key
Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored
estate plans that align with their financial goals and objectives.
Prepare and review complex estate planning documents, including
wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies for wealth preservation,
including gift and estate tax planning. Prepare and file gift and
estate tax returns in compliance with federal and state
regulations. Represent clients in probate proceedings, including
estate administration and litigation matters. Provide guidance and
support to trustees and fiduciaries on trust administration and
compliance matters. Stay abreast of changes in estate planning laws
and regulations to ensure clients receive the most up-to-date legal
advice. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client
interactions and case developments. Qualifications: Juris Doctor
(J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Missouri License to
practice law. 2-6 years of experience practicing estate planning
and probate law. Strong understanding of estate and gift tax laws,
trust administration, and probate procedures. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively counsel clients and build rapport. Proven track record
of delivering high-quality legal services with a focus on client
satisfaction. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple
tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Commitment to continuing
