who can handle all aspects of fiber deployment – from aerial and
underground cable installation to fusion splicing, testing, and
troubleshooting. If you’re proficient in running fiber on poles,

more, we want to talk to you. Competitive pay for high-quality,

in aerial, underground, and indoor settings. • Terminate fiber,
build enclosures, patch panels, and handle mid-sheath/branch
splices. • Test and troubleshoot fiber networks using OTDR, power
meters, light sources, and other tools – ensure low-loss,
high-quality connections. • Read and interpret fiber schematics,
splice plans, and network prints. • Maintain accurate
documentation, redlines, and as-builts. • Follow all safety
protocols, OSHA standards, and company procedures while working at
heights, in all weather, and around utilities. • Assist with site
setup/cleanup, material handling, and crew support when required.
Requirements • 2 years of hands-on experience in fiber optic

driving record. • Ability to pass background check and drug

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and
commitment to quality work. What We Offer • Pay starting at
$25/hour, up to $50/hour for top-tier splicers, leads, or those
with advanced certifications. • Overtime opportunities (plenty in
peak seasons). • Potential for bonuses, per diem, or project
incentives. • Tools and equipment provided (or tool allowance for
subs). • Growth into lead/foreman roles for the right candidates. •
