Description Position Purpose: To distribute incoming and outgoing
correspondence Education/Experience: High school diploma or
equivalent. 3 months - 1 year of production related experience
preferred. - Open sort and prepare incoming correspondence - Scan
incoming correspondence - Record specified incoming documents -
Appropriately file imaged claims appeals adjustments and inferior
quality imaged claims - Generate and mail correspondence related to
submission errors - Able to lift totes weighing 35-40 pounds -
Mandatory overtime is required Shift timings- 6:30/7:30
AM-3:30/4:30 PM (negotiable) The Mail Distribution Center is
responsible for the production and dissemination of a wide variety
of subscriber- and provider-facing printed materials, including
correspondence, training materials, marketing materials, and more.
The person who fills this role would be acting primarily as a
printer operator. They would be responsible for using our software
systems to print the member and provider correspondence that we
process daily. This includes sending files to any of our 6
production printers, making sure the paper drawers are full, the
toner is replenished when needed, paper jams are cleared promptly,
and that breakdowns are reported to the service providers. They
also would be responsible for removing completed print jobs from
the printers, making sure to keep them organized, and for ensuring
that the print quality is acceptable. Additional Skills &
Qualifications Required: HS diploma or equivalent Top 3 must-have
hard skills stack-ranked by importance Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently, troubleshooting Organized, Good time
management, promptness, open to learning new skills Experience
Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position
based out of Brentwood, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this
position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to
some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length
