Job Description:
Join ManTech's elite team of security professionals as a
Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Practitioner. In this
critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security
and safety of sensitive information against technical espionage and
unauthorized surveillance. Our mission-critical projects within
U.S. intelligence, defense, and federal agencies depend on your
expertise to counteract invasive surveillance techniques. This role
requires a dynamic and highly skilled individual who is capable of
operating advanced detection devices and implementing security
protocols. Conduct regular inspections and sweeps to detect illegal
surveillance devices and security breaches within facilities.
Operate and maintain sophisticated TSCM equipment. Develop and
implement security measures and counter-surveillance tactics.
Provide detailed security assessments and recommendations to
improve agency defenses. Collaborate with other security team
members and law enforcement agencies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge
of surveillance technology and countermeasures. Prepare
comprehensive reports for intelligence and law enforcement
agencies. Proficient in the operation of TSCM equipment and tools
In-depth knowledge of electronic and physical security systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Keen observation and
