Do: Work the line with speed, accuracy, and energy Cook and prepare
food that meets Hotshots' quality and presentation standards Keep
your station clean, organized, and ready for action Assist
teammates and communicate effectively during high-volume service
Ensure food safety, portion control, and consistency Take pride in
everything that hits the plate What You Bring: A strong work ethic
and team-first attitude Ability to stay cool under pressure in a
fast-paced kitchen Basic cooking knowledge or previous experience
preferred — but we’ll train the right fit Attention to cleanliness
and food safety Flexible availability (nights, weekends, and game
