Requirements Licensure: Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist
license Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Certifications: Active BLS issued through AHA Education:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Credentialing
