At Mercy Hospital, we’re called to serve people when they need it
most. Our nurses are essential to that mission, and every unit
plays a vital role in the care we provide. To ensure we’re always
ready to meet patient needs, our RNs may occasionally float to
other units when census levels or patient care demands require it.
We understand the passion nurses bring to their chosen
specialties—and we value that deeply. When caring calls, we answer-
together. Whether you are working on your home unit or supporting
another team, you’ll be surrounded by trusted colleagues, strong
leadership, and the Mercy spirit of compassion. This approach helps
new and experienced nurses grow while ensuring our patients receive
the highest level of care across all units. While floating, you
will always receive the support and resources needed to feel
confident and prepared. When caring calls, we go. Why Mercy? From
day one, Mercy offers outstanding benefits - including medical,
dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, tuition support, and
matched retirement plans for team members working 32 hours per pay
period. Join a caring, collaborative team where your voice matters.
