Schedule Overview - 26 weeks: Monday through Sunday days with beeper call evenings/weekends (30-minute response time) - 26 weeks: Completely off - Can be configured as one week on/one week off or two on/two off About the Role - Single-hospital coverage; no commuting between sites - Team model: Supervise 2-3 rooms with experienced cardiac CRNAs - One cardiac room and 1 general room (sometimes 2) - Case mix: Cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and EP (TAVR/Watchman) - No transplants, trauma, OB, pediatrics - Annual volume: 200 open hearts - TEE: Anesthesiologists perform TEEs for open-heart cases - Support: Dedicated anesthesia techs and strong collaboration with a highly skilled cardiac surgeon and cardiologists Competitive compensation with a base salary of $650,000 to $650,000 annually.
