Job Description:
Join SSM Health as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Med Surg 6S

communities in the Midwest. Our Med Surg 6S unit focuses on
providing exceptional patient-centered care in a dynamic healing
environment. As part of our team, you will collaborate with skilled
healthcare professionals, utilizing the latest in medical
technology to fulfill a range of duties from monitoring vital signs
to administering medication. Provide direct and comprehensive
nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit. Assess patient
conditions through careful examination and monitoring. Administer
medications and treatments accurately and safely. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary health care teams to provide outstanding care.
Educate patients and their families on treatments and procedures.
Document patient care services by charting in patient and
department records. Strong clinical skills in a Med Surg setting
Proficiency in electronic health records systems Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work efficiently
in a fast-paced environment Keen observation and assessment
abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of
practice BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required ACLS
(Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification preferred
