Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,640 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63141! Job Title: RN - Tele Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of Telemetry experience required License: Active RN license Certifications: NIHSS BLS ACLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Team player, cares for positive patient outcomes, superior communication Description: Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups. Includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with established guidelines of nursing practice. Follows the applicable Nurse Practice Act and Code of Conduct. Participates in patient care and maintains a safe and effective environment. Typical patient ratios are 4-6:1 on the unit. Standard nursing equipment is utilized on the Telemetry unit. This role involves working with a mix of medical and telemetry patients. Candidates must be willing to work required weekends and holidays. Requested time off of up to 5 days in each 13 weeks can be automatically approved. Additional time off may require prior approval. The position requires floating if necessary.
