ICU RN Job Details - Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Nursing - Location: Belleville, Illinois 62226 (St. Louis Metro Area) - Assignment Type: Travel RN Contract - Start Date: November 17, 2025 - End Date: February 16, 2026 - Contract Duration: 13 weeks - Weekly Pay: $1830 - $1880 - Shift: Day shifts, 3x12-hour (06:45 – 19:15) - Hours per Week: 36 - Patient Ratio: 1:2 - Weekend/Holiday: Every third weekend & every other holiday - Float Requirement: ICU & IMCU at Memorial Belleville and Memorial East (Shiloh) - Charting System: EPIC - Scrub Color: Navy - Parking: Free onsite parking ICU RN Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of recent ICU Registered Nurse experience (travel nursing experience required) - Active Illinois RN license (required at submission; Illinois nursing jobs are not compact state eligible) - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (CCRN preferred) - Proficient with EPIC electronic charting system - Ability to float between ICU and IMCU, and between Memorial Belleville and Memorial East (Shiloh) - Competency in line insertion assistance, intubation, hypothermia protocols, CRRT/CVVHD, and IABP - Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted) - References preferred at time of submittal - Must reside outside a 75-mile radius from Belleville, IL ICU RN Responsibilities - Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to adult ICU patients with complex cardiac, pulmonary, vascular, and post-cardiac surgery diagnoses - Operate and manage advanced ICU equipment: CRRT/CVVHD, IABP, BiPAP, CPAP, Impella, Swan Ganz monitoring, and hypothermia protocols - Assist with line insertions and intubations - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes - Float to IMCU and other ICU units within the hospital system as needed - Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC - Comply with hospital policies, including weekend and holiday rotations, and uphold all safety and quality standards Apply now to join a top healthcare team and take the next step in your ICU nursing career with this leading travel RN job in Belleville, Illinois!
