Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The
successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing speech
and language therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools,
helping them develop communication skills and overcome speech and

today! Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech,
language, and communication abilities.
- Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on
assessment results and students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas
such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency,
and pragmatic skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the
educational team to support students' communication goals in the
classroom and other educational settings.
- Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic
activities into therapy sessions to promote speech and language
development.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
to facilitate optimal outcomes.
- Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant
information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings
and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited
program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a
Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a
school or pediatric setting.
- Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and
school staff.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in teletherapy or online counseling
(preferred).
- Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC)
systems and other assistive technology used in speech-language

occasionally be required to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
