Job Title: Travel Nurse RN - TelemetryEpic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to join our team in Belleville, Illinois.Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced travel nurse RN to work in our Telemetry department. As a travel nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry department
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare teamRequirements:
  • IL License
  • 2 Years' Experience
  • BCLS
