Client seeking LVN/LPN/RN for contract assignment in Belleville,
IL from December 1 - March 1. Hours are every Friday, 7:00am -
12:00pm. Provider will see ages 5+ for primary care, acute care,
physicals, wellness visit, phlebotomy, and injections. Candidates
must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this
