Director of Nursing Needed!--Our client is looking for someone who is passionate and dedicated to serving older adults!Director of Nursing Qualifications:

• 6 or more years as a Director of Nursing or management role.
• Specialist or highly knowledgeable of business management, Medicare and Medicaid policies, and regulations.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Must have experience in long-term care (LTC) and assisted living (AL)
• Strong skills in business and financial management.Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
  • Organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Nursing Department.
  • Maintains high standards of care for all patients.
  • Proactively anticipating and responding to resident, staff, and facility needs.
  • Provides coaching, training, and development of a quality nursing team.
