Dates of coverage:
- ASAP- Ongoing
- Schedule:
  - Full time
  - Beeper Call:
    - Weeknights 3pm-7am (M-F)
    - Weekends 7am-7am (24hr)
    - Scope of work:
      - No trauma, no heads
      - OB (Shiloh only), CT (Belleville only)
      - Average 2 hearts per week
      - Occasional Cath Lab coverage
      - No TAVR's yet. General, Ortho, Regional, GYN, ENT
      - Pediatric Dental (Belleville only)
      - Healthy peds only, and only for dental & ENT
      - Requirements:
        
        IL license
        
        Board Certified
        
        Board Eligible
        
        Additional Info:
        
        A++ Malpractice insurance included
        
        Travel/lodging included
