Responsibilities:Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, general contractors, subcontractors, and owners.
• Responsible for securing projects to bid, reviewing project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Estimate all necessary labor, materials, buyout items, and equipment costs to prepare a thorough price estimate.
• Preform on-site coordination of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Request material needed for scope of work.
• Read, understand, and interpret plans and specifications as required and check work accordingly to specifications.
• Maintain high level of safety and adherence to all safety policies and procedures for craft personnel and subcontractors.
• Prepare and executes estimates for change orders required on projects.
• Plan day to day operations, as well as work with management to forecast schedules.
• Work with cost team to ensure accurate costing and evaluate overall project performance.
• Lead through change and adversity, both with internal and external personnel.
