How would you like to write your own job description? -First United Presbyterian Church (FUPC) of Belleville, IL is seeking a partner in ministry to join their team as they step out in faith and build systems to sustain them in a new era of being and doing church. FUPC is a grace-filled church with a flexible staff that believes in doing good ministry while taking good care of one another. As they invite a new member to join the team, all staff members are willing to rethink their own job descriptions and responsibilities in order to best serve this particular church and the community.
