retirement income for potentially all 7 million+ clients and branch
As an Associate Product Manager, you will be an integral team
member of new Retirement Income products team within Edward Jones'
Client Strategies Group. This team is responsible with firm's
retirement income initiative including our overall methodology,
client and FA experiences, existing and new investment solutions,
specific planning techniques and "paycheck" execution strategies.
Your role will require experience with high-impact, complex
business projects and requires a high degree of strategic thinking,
delivering the right results and championing change.
Responsibility Summary :
- Collaborate with team members to support the development and
execution of the firm's retirement income product strategy to
ensure branch teams have quality products and support needed to
help clients achieve their financial goals. More specifically, this
team is responsible with firm's retirement income initiative
including our overall methodology, client and FA experiences,
existing and new investment solutions, specific planning techniques
and "paycheck" execution strategies.
- Translate Client and FA data into high-value, actionable
insights for senior leadership and business partners, developing
and refining new analyses in response to business needs, and
bringing expertise on emerging trends.
- Analyze the effectiveness of programs, perform calculations,
summarize, and present insights to enhance future efforts using
appropriate descriptive statistical methods.
- Support the design and development of innovative retirement
income products that align with firm advice and guidance in
collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Gather data
and insights and conduct analysis of moderate complexity that
inform product strategy and development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned responsibilities
for the firm.
- Support broad division, firm or industry initiatives and events
as needed to represent the product line in alignment with firm
strategy (Eg. cross divisional-projects, internal committees,
product partner events, regional events, industry groups, etc.)
Problems faced by associates in this role tend to be moderately
complex and unstructured. Achieves results with occasional guidance
from their leader and team members.
The decisions in this position are moderate to high in impact.
Span of Influence:
The span of influence in this position is moderate. Regularly
interface with associates in Products, Product Review, Marketing,
Data Analytics and Solutions.
Bachelor's degree required with
quantitative discipline preferred (E.g. finance, economics,
accounting, math, engineering, actuarial science, etc.).Series 7,
66 required within 12 months of hire.
Years of Experience:
Generally, 3+ years of relevant
financial services and data analysis experience.
Strong technical aptitude and
analytical skillsHighly collaborativeSolid written, verbal and

this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on
skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a
potential new associate:
Salary: $76798 - $130764
