Drive your expertise and advancement with the support of your supervisor and our organization.Position Summary:The Manager of Marketing Automation and Analytics is responsible for the processes, tools, insight and reporting for Allsup's customer lead generation efforts. This individual will spearhead Allsup's multi-vertical marketing automation efforts across an array of marketing automation tactics including paid search, email, SMS, and mobile. This is a hands-on role responsible for driving measurable results by partnering with cross-functional marketing, product and analytical teams within Allsup. As the Manager of Marketing Automation and Analytics, your goal will be to optimize current marketing automation initiatives as well as explore untapped opportunities and areas of potential to grow the existing business and enter into new verticals.Essential Job Functions:

  • Implement digital marketing campaigns to drive new leads, including SEM, email marketing, mobile, paid social media and other multimedia channels.
  • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives within Allsup's Marketing Automation Platform, such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
  • Have a strong understanding of key metrics in order to quickly pivot away abnormalities via continuous strategy optimization.
  • Utilize BI tools to analyze data, partnering with Marketing Analytics team, in order to drive results and improve efficiency.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis relating to marketing automation tactics and KPIs.
  • Partner with Communications and Creative team to ensure brand message is conveyed across automation advertising efforts.Skills:
    • Experience automating campaigns on standard CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Hubspot, SalesForce, Marketo and/or Pardot.
    • Demonstrated success executing marketing campaigns with expertise using including database management, list development, drip campaign setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs, and reporting on campaign analytics.
    • Deep understanding of marketing campaign workflow across multiple marketing tactics.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Superior communication skills.
    • Capable of handling multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
    • Ability to think critically and transform report data into insight for campaign optimization.Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
      • 3+ years of experience as a power user of a standard Marketing Automation platform
