Job Functions: Will manage inactive vocational caseload as assigned (employed) Will complete IWPs and other duties as requested Will Complete paystub follow-ups Provides assistance to the aligned Case Manager - Completes conference calls with beneficiary/SSA, as identified by Case Manager - Other duties as directed by Management Reviews SSA correspondence and completes 820/821 documents, as necessary Completes follow-up on and obtains SSA-3288 document, as necessary Faxes paystubs to SSA, upon request Listen to voice mails and creates appropriate tasks Reviews emails, placing them in the correct beneficiarys file and setting applicable tasks Ability to effectively manage phone/emails conversations with beneficiaries and have the ability to build rapport and redirect conversation Will manage appropriate phone queues - Handles inbound, outbound calls as well as voicemails providing beneficiary assistance and education, with focus on first call resolution (deescalate call) Provides on-going education to the beneficiary about the Social Security Administration Ticket-to-Work program, and encourages on-going participation including paystub submission Achieves performance targets Maintains strict confidentiality of beneficiary and Allsup information Requirements: Must be able to speak English and Spanish Ability to learn, retain and apply information Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment Strong organizational skills Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relations skills Must be flexible, adaptive and responsive to change Highly motivated and target driven Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(K) Matching Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Flexible Spending Account Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Schedule: Monday to Friday Daytime Hours Fully Remote Allsup is an equal opportunity employer.
