We are expanding our metal roofing division and are seeking to partner with independently operated metal roofing subcontractors capable of installing residential and light-commercial metal systems throughout St. Charles County and the Greater St. Louis metro area. Work You’ll Perform We’re looking for experienced metal roofing crews skilled in: - Standing seam metal roofing (mechanically seamed & snap-lock) - Exposed fastener / agricultural metal systems - Confirm all field measurements - Residential metal reroofs and tear-offs - Pole barns, post-frame buildings, and outbuildings - Metal trim, flashing, ridge caps, valleys, and transitions - Underlayment, ice & water shield, and ventilation integration - Chimney, wall, and penetration flashing - Document installation with photos on CompanyCam - Selective repairs and partial replacements (when applicable) Projects include single-family homes, rural properties, pole barns, detached garages, and select light-commercial structures. What Successful Partners Deliver - Proven metal roofing experience (not asphalt-only crews “trying metal”) - Proper fastening, seaming, flashing, and expansion detailing - Clean, organized, and safe job sites - Professional communication with project managers and homeowners - Reliability on schedules, craftsmanship, and final punch-out quality Subcontractor crews determine their own staffing, work hours, and installation methods, provided all work meets project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and local building codes. Compensation & Payment - Paid per project or per SQ, depending on system and scope - Competitive, standardized metal rates based on roof type - Prompt payment upon completion and approval - No hourly wages, benefits, or employee supervision Payment is issued per the independent contractor agreement.
