In this role, you’ll support transmission and distribution line projects from field evaluation through construction, gaining hands-on experience in a stable, essential industry. If you’re ready to learn, collaborate, and grow, we’re ready to invest in you. What Your Day Will Look Like: Coordinate upgrades, rebuilds, or new designs of transmission or distribution lines. Support the production of overhead transmission and distribution line designs. Participate in field surveys, evaluate structure strengths, and ensure compliance with NESC and client electrical clearances. Assist in preparing construction packages and responding to construction inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned with a willingness to adapt as needed. Travel up to 25%. What You'll Bring to the Familia: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. 0-1 years of experience in power line design is preferred. Passed F.E. Exam (Engineer-In-Training) or planning to obtain. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
