What You’ll Do - Service and install banking and security equipment, including alarms, cameras, drive-up systems, ATMs, safes, and vault equipment. - Troubleshoot and repair defective systems and components. - Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. - Maintain accurate inventory of tools and vehicle stock. - Complete all work orders and documentation in a timely, professional manner. - Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company on-site. - On Call rotation for after-hours emergencies after training completed. What You Bring - A presentable, professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. - Dependable work ethic and commitment to long-term career growth. - Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability. - Physically able to lift, carry, and install technical equipment. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and background (required for bondability). - Must be 21 years or older. - Experience with security or banking equipment is a plus but not required — training is provided.
