involves: As a Senior Facility Manager, you will take a leadership
role in managing a diverse portfolio of client-owned and occupied
properties. Your primary purpose is to ensure operational
excellence, strict compliance, and superior financial performance
across your assigned sites. By leading a dedicated team of facility
professionals and managing key relationships with landlords and
vendors, you will directly contribute to JLL's business objectives
of delivering world-class service and value. This position is a
critical opportunity to oversee all aspects of facility operations,
from budget management to strategic compliance, ensuring a safe,
efficient, and high-quality environment for our clients. What your
day-to-day will look like: Lead, manage, and develop a team of
Facility Management and Workplace Ambassador professionals,
focusing on performance, growth, and succession planning. Serve as
the primary liaison with third-party landlords, ensuring full
compliance with lease agreements and resolving critical tenant
relations issues. Prepare, manage, and oversee facility budgets,
including tracking financial variances and ensuring smooth recovery
processes. Ensure all facilities operate in accordance with local,
state, and federal laws, as well as JLL's standard policies and
portfolio-wide initiatives. Exercise functional responsibility for
all facility management services within your assigned geography,
coordinating with vendors and internal teams. Provide excellent
internal and external customer service, acting as a key
problem-solver for all facility-related issues. Support the prompt
collection of management fees and reimbursements from tenants
within the client's owned properties. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of
professional experience and education. A minimum of 8 years of
relevant experience in facility management or a related field.
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with a proven
ability to manage teams. Excellent verbal and written communication
and presentation skills. Demonstrated problem-solving ability and
strong interpersonal skills. Proven record of providing excellent
internal and external customer service. Knowledge of standard
business and accounting practices, with proficiency in Excel and
data analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Professional designation
such as CPM, RPA, or CSM. Location: On-site Work Shift: Standard
