Our client is looking for a dedicated commercial project manager with 3 years of experience in the industrial and retail spaces to run projects ranging in size from $100k-$25M. 80% of work is local to St. Louis. Projects from $100k- $25M in value 50/50 split of ground up and renovation work Usually handle industrial and retail projects 80% of work is local with repeat clients Celebrating their 11 year anniversary soon President/owner that is very in touch and plugged in with employees Strong backlog of upcoming projects Description Lead project management efforts while maintaining excellent communication skills with superintendents and clients. Multitask between multiple projects ranging up to $25M in size. Oversee all operations including scheduling, workload, budgeting and much more.
