A rapidly growing design-build GC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support PMs on a variety of local commercial projects ranging from $1M-$15M. They predominantly focus on projects in the commercial and residential spaces, with about 80% of their projects being design/build (have an in-house design team). Description Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination across multiple commercial projects Handle submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and other documentation critical to project execution Assist with managing subcontractors and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery Help maintain project schedules and budgets while learning the ins and outs of full-cycle project management Be stationed on-site or in the office depending on project needs, providing hands-on support to the field team Contribute to project planning and problem-solving while growing into a leadership role Collaborate with a close-knit team in a fast-growing, design-build environment Apply now and your resume will be reviewed within 24 hours.
