Job Description:
Andy Frain Services is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed
Security Officer to join our dynamic team, providing top-tier
security services primarily in the aviation and events sectors. As
a specialist in security solutions, our mission goes beyond
traditional security tasks; we strive for innovative approaches
that enhance safety and ensure client satisfaction. This position
requires vigilance, integrity, and a proactive attitude in various
challenging environments. Monitor premises to prevent theft,
violence, or infractions of rules. Maintain a high visibility
presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. Access
control through an accurate identification process ensuring entry
only to authorized individuals. Operate detecting devices to screen
individuals and prevent the passage of prohibited articles into
restricted areas. Effectively manage situations involving unruly or
distressed individuals while maintaining the safety of all parties.
Report any suspicious activities to law enforcement and emergency
responders as necessary. Conduct regular patrols of the assigned
area to ensure safety and security. Prepare detailed incident
reports that document all observations, actions taken, and
recommendations for preventative measures. Proficient in security
systems including surveillance and biometric systems. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle typical
and crisis situations efficiently and effectively. Working
knowledge of public safety, security operations, and procedures.
Skilled in the use of de-escalation tactics and defensive measures.

401k State-required Security Officer License. Certified in CPR and
First Aid. Training in emergency response or a closely related
field.
