    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Ordering parts for semi-trucks / trailers
    • Maintain Daily Fuel System
    • Maintain oil change intervals
    • Monthly Fuel Reports/registration books
    • Input maintenance work into operating system
    • Create charge accounts with vendors
    • Maintain personnel payroll times
    • Coordinate with truck drivers on truck maintenance daily
    • Process customer purchase orders
    • Communicate with vendors/manufacturers on parts needed
    • Yearly parts inventory
      
      Qualifications and Requirements:
      • Knowledge of diesel trucks is preferred, but not necessary - Training on site
      • General Knowledge of Parts and Ordering Parts
      • Communicate and coordinate with the shop manager
      • Strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and operate general office equipment
      • Ability to work well with others/teamwork
      • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work independently
      • Ability to multi-task efficiently
