Job Description Job Description Description: Job Summary Assist customers in all areas of the branch environment. Ensure that the security procedures of the bank are followed at all times. Demonstrates knowledge of the industry in terms of laws and regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act relative to the job responsibilities. Job Responsibilities Ensure vault and teller cash limits are within established guidelines. Balance vault cash, prepare incoming and outgoing cash shipments as necessary. Balance and service ATM in order to serve our customers. Process deposits, savings withdrawals and transfer funds. Respond to applicants’ questions and resolve any account related issues. Process loan payments, credit card cash advances, and TTL payments. Follow and ensure staff members follow all established bank policies and procedures. Refer and cross sell bank products. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting the customer in a courteous and professional manner all times. Handle customer inquiries and problems professionally. The job may require other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills High school graduate and one to three years banking experience preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work as a team. Work Environment General office conditions. Must be able to work effectively at a computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Regular attendance is necessary.
