In this role, you'll act as a pivotal liaison between our financial advisors and valued clients, ensuring an exceptional service experience. If you're passionate about building client relationships and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, join our team to help us continue providing specialized financial solutions to healthcare professionals across the U.S. Facilitate effective communication between clients and financial advisors. Manage and respond to client inquiries and requests for documentation. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients with financial advisors. Maintain and update client records in compliance with financial regulations. Support financial advisors in the preparation of client presentations and reports. Implement and manage client onboarding processes. Ensure highest level of client satisfaction through timely and accurate service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Solid organizational and time-management skills. Understanding of financial services and terminology. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k FINRA Series 7 or 63 certifications are preferred but not required.
