Amazing opportunity to come change the world with us!Why join us?Compensation & BenefitsFull-time (40 hours/ week), Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pmHealth, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, FSA, and More401(k) PlanPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysJob DetailsResponsibilitiesSupport CFO and Controller by providing supervision of operational staffOversees day-to-day accounting controls and processes to ensure efficiency and minimize riskGuides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questionsProvides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reportsOversee account reconciliation process & daily transactionsParticipate in monthly, quarterly and annual closingsAudit financial transactions and documentsProvide payroll support across multi-state organizationsProvide support in commission processingQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting is required.Graduate degree or CPA preferred.Previous supervisory experience preferred.Minimum of 3 years of Senior Accountant or similar experience required.Minimum of 3 years of QuickBooks experience is required.Must be proficient in Excel with an intermediate skill set.Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills: accuracy is essential.Must be well organized and able to multitask efficiently.Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English.Must be proficient in MS Office and have good computer skills.Must have the ability to sit at a desk for 70%-90% of the workday in a general office environment.Interested in hearing more?
